Increasing employability for young women and men in Albania will be addressed by the project through private, non-formal training providers, which aims to design and offer innovative and attractive educational products that enable young persons and marginalised groups, to improve their skills according to job demand from the labour market.
RisiAlbania is cooperating closely with private training providers enabling them to offer job-related training and delivery methods such as MOOCs, online programs, blended learning, in the fields of ICT, Tourism and Agribusiness, also in remote areas.
