The Albanian delegation, led by Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy, Dr. Olta Manjani, along with the participation of the General Director of NAVETQ, Dr. Ejvis Gishti, and members of the Sectoral Committee on ICT Skills and the Technical Secretariat, visited Estonia to learn from their experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. In Estonia, 99% of government services are provided online, and the internet is considered a social right. They met with representatives from the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, the Qualifications Authority, the ICT Skills Council, the Information Technology and Telecommunications Association, the Quality Agency for Education, VET institutions, the assessment body, and the Information Technology Academy.

During these meetings, the Albanian delegation familiarized themselves with the practices and functioning aspects of VET in ICT and the ICT Skills Council. The visit provided valuable insights into the best practices of Estonian institutions and facilitated fruitful exchange and discussion between Albanian and Estonian representatives. This study visit was supported by RisiAlbania, in coordination with the Estonian Qualifications Authority.
